Understanding more around HR and strategy and the importance of evidence based work
The material I am learning is really interesting, it is however very time consuming and takes up longer than 1 working day a week.

The tutor at present is really good and supportive not sure if they actually know every question asked in the live sessions. My coach however has left and I still haven't heard from my new one... almost a month ago.
At present nothing yet as very HR led, when we move onto the L&D sections I'm sure it will.
