Delivering to colleagues across the business, variety of work from a portfolio

Understanding more around HR and strategy and the importance of evidence based work

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The material I am learning is really interesting, it is however very time consuming and takes up longer than 1 working day a week.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured, although when writing a report the questions are very broad and open to interpretation

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Excellent!

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The tutor at present is really good and supportive not sure if they actually know every question asked in the live sessions. My coach however has left and I still haven't heard from my new one... almost a month ago.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

At present nothing yet as very HR led, when we move onto the L&D sections I'm sure it will.

I'm sure if I looked there would be.

Yes

My role is fantastic, the business have great ethics and always holding up to the values they portray.

Be yourself always, demonstrate great team work and don't be afraid to push for your goals.
