answering calls to customer and helping them with there everyday banking.
yes i have developed better people skills i have learned about the bank as a business and how they run.
i enjoy the challenge
it is very well organized.
any support that i require form my employer.
if i require any support from my training provider they always try and help.
it has given me a better understanding of the policy's and procedures.
there are extra activities that i could be involved in.
Yes
the knowledge that i now know about the bank and the amount of different quierys that we handle on a daily basis.
be confidant and dont let the customer get to you they are angry at the bank in general not that specific agent.
