Liaising with staff and managers of employment issues and concerns
Skills around communication and listening as well as reflection and techniques to allow others to learn and devleop
I find it useful and enjoy learning new skills
Its generally well organised but not really what I was expecting, but a lot of that is down the the online nature of the course and a requirement to go out and practice, which I was expecting the practical elements after the theoretical learning not during.
I have been given a lot of support

Its a good employer and a good place to gain an apprenticeship
look at both the University and Department that you are applying for indvidually to get a feel for who you are working with and what the dynamic is. As the University is very large and dispersed so there are different stles of working depending on where you are based as well as who you are working with.
