Very well organised
Support is very good, both in terms of difficulties relating to on the job work or personal circumstances.
Support is good, tutor regularly reaches out and online classes are very good.
Mixed, accountancy skills have only been somewhat relevant to the role.

Yes
Great working environment, with even better people working alongside you. Pay is good and progression is clear/achievable.
Just be yourself, if you have a natural interest towards finance and problem solving with an analytical mindset then the selection process with align with your natural skills. I came from a biology background but my natural interest towards this area shone through.
