My job role simply consists of answering customer queries regarding their bank account, and following up on tasks to maintain customer satisfaction.

I have learnt how to work under pressure, improved my ability to work at speed, and learnt how to work at speed.

I find that the job and apprenticeship work put me under alot of pressure and do not give me much free time whatsoever. I feel very stressed sometimes.

I simply feel as though my job role involves a considerable amount of work and being in a noisy call centre is not very enjoyable. The only aspect I enjoy is the competitive salary.
Be ready to sacrifice a considerable amount of recreational time.
