speaking to customers and investigating fraud based instances for business credit card customers, including inbound and outbound calls.

I enjoy the job, it is very interesting and the content is good.my team are all very helpful and great to work with and implement the banks values and follow what the bank believes.
The programme has a good structure, how we are learning the information it is more structured. the induction didn't seem to have much structure or purpose, however the actual learning has been done well. My line managers have been a massive help .
My employer-natwest- provides all the help i could ask for.my time is well accomodated for and their is never an issue when i need time for my apprentice work, it is the ideal situation.
so far, i have not recieved alot of information regarding assistance from my provider. the session coach always makes us aware we can ask for help, however i have had minimal contact with my coach or any guidance or problem issue chats.
i feel my qualification provides me with some skills i need for my role, e.g. customer service understanding and general bank knowledge .however, some information is untailored to my role as expected as the content cannot suit one role, however it is still useful knowledge.
yes, there are many activities both in my team and bank-wide e.g. champion network events, fundraisers etc we are spoilt for choice.
Yes
It is a driven company that is motivated and has admirable values that we should all strive for. They highly value customers and staff and , not one more than the other, so customers get the best experience. i cannot fault it.
be confident, show your interest. the process may seem daunting as it is a large professional business, but there is no reason to be, everyone cant help enough.
