due to the apprenticeship and shadowing my manager i progress to be a stock flow team leader. I am responsible for the ware house deliveries making sure they get put away with my team. and all aspects to do with stock.
I achieved my level 3 apprenticeship and through this have development and improved on my team leading skills, time management, delegation skill and legal aspect of the my role
the fact that I could fit the programme in around my job as well as do on the job training. the programme was easy to follow and I got fantastic support from tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]
each unit was different and easy to follow as they were broken down into easy manageable sections
we where given an hour a week but it was hard to to do this in covid times but was always given time with my tutor
my tutor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was fantastic and couldn't have wished for a better tutor always on hand if i needed and came into store for session on each unit when she could and was allowed due to the pandemic
my qualification has helped gain the role i wanted and i use it my learning in every aspect of my role every day
we always have social/ company events in work and outside of work
Yes
there is always something different every day or a new challenge and even though working with the public can be difficult at times it can also be very rewarding. B&Q also offer great opportunities to progress and help with your future.
