I am an apprentice manager. I complete managerial jobs on a day to day basis. Such as special buys, Manager calls to the tills, the banking and I also do the shop floor work too.
I have developed more managerial skills during my time in Aldis. I have learnt how to do the banking and the end of the day. Following with learning how do the specials buys.
I enjoy this program a lot! I’ve learnt so much training to be a manager! Which has boosted my confidence massively.
Very well structured my tutor is always in contact with me and has helped me throughout!
A lot of support my team is great.
A lot always there when I need her.
I don’t really feel like I’ve learnt much from the actual program but I feel like I’ve been given then chance to do the role first before actually getting promoted.
