My role involves till work, building/maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, stock management, gap management , team work as well as using own initiative, working member contact report,
gained the Retail Level 2 qualification with Lifetime Training.
I enjoy my experience but feel I am more capable than my worth in my department, I would like to move departments.
I seem to run most of the department without the official title, we have a new supervisor who needs alot of support so I basically get left to do everything myself.
I feel I have no one in my work who I can talk to about issues, my mentor is great as they were my old supervisor so I have a great relationship.
