  • Department manager and duty manager for a retail store ensuring all business metrics are met daily, from customer service to stock replenishment to ensuring legal compliance, dealing with customer issues and covering whole store and managing all staff at work

  • learnt a lot about new theories and how they impact staff and the daily running of a business, how to implement new ideas and and achieved my level 4 apprenticeship

  • I found the programme very informative and I learnt a lot from it, I also enjoyed being able to put into practice what I was learning as I was learning it.

  • I found it very organised and very simple to follow with clear expectations and a clear structured programme to follow

  • I was given all the time required to complete my programme and was supported at every step by my employer

  • Regular monthly meetings and the option to contact my trainer when ever required

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think it gives me a better overall knowledge and understanding of the business but also makes me think of other options in certain situations that may give a better outcome. It will help me to progress to the next level up in my organisation

  • Great company to work for who really try to look after their employees, lots of benefits and discounts available, great pension options, share save plans, health care plans

  • You don't need great knowledge, just the willingness to learn and a desire to help people
