Start at 9. Answer phone calls and speak to retailers and solve problems. I am an underwriter so approve finance. On Tuesdays have my college day.
Yes lots as I had never worked in a proper job before. I have learnt so much, my favourite thing being customer services skills.
I really enjoy the work side of it, I think it's great however I extremely dislike the college course. I am singled out and treated unfairly by my college person.
The college work is badly organised, for example we wont have work set for months then all of a sudden they will send us 6 pieces of work. Plus I have missed 3 hour lessons before and when I have asked what I missed I just get told a 1 line explanation. Also every piece of work gets sent back to me for the slightest thing.
Lots, the employer is great. especially Louis and Craig who helps me with underwriting work.
None. I have 1 meeting every 2 months and that's it.
My qualification does not help me as it is irrelevant to my role.
Not really since COVID.
Yes
Because everyone is friendly and they make you feel part of a team.
Be yourself, if you're right for the role you'll fit in fine.
