As a duty manager I have to take the safe do daily hand over without her duty managers then I have a list of daily task that need Completing also while making sure the running of the bar restaurant and reception goes smoothly and all staff and guest are ok
Yes I am constantly learning as I started inthe kitchen and worked my way through each department before becoming a duty manager also through my apprenticeship I started with level 2 and got a distinction and now I am currently doing level 3 which I'm about half way through
I enjoy the programme alot to be honest I find it very interesting and I have a really good trainer in rachel wich makes the course seem like just a general chat rather than an assessment at the end of every module that I complete also very helpful when I get stuck
The programme is very organised and well structured but also flexible to fit round me when sometimes I am not available it can be moved
Very minimal to be honest but that's fine
Loads always there when I stuck never to busy to help out
Greatly helps because it goes into more detail about what my job Intails and the precedures
