The program was very well structured and laid out in a way that was easy to understand. I could also print my work out and have paper copies.

I am now more confident in myself when dealing with complaints. I have also learnt to keep customers calm in situations. I am also able to schedule my time and work effectively.
We sometimes do charity events to raise money for our charity Shelter. I have been involved in making the activities and also getting involved with customers in them.
