  • yes i have developed better communication skills , and come out of my shell more becoming more confident

  • i enjoy my programme when i am ahead of myself , if i fall behind it makes me stressed

  • i haven't finished my apentership yet , but i feel i will benefit me alot

  • we have a 5 a side team , and people regularly take part in hikes for charity
