To supervise all staff and maintain the smooth running of the business
I have built on skills I had a foundation on through my current experience
I find it very easy to follow and I am able to do everything within time and enjoy every task
Everything falls into place in the right time from the last project it’s seem less
Employer support was not as great as trainer support but we run a busy business so is understandable
My trainer was ever so helpful being able to understand I work in a fast based all hours job and made it easier for me to fit it around my availability
It gives me more authority within the business and is recognised by everyone
