As a FOH Team Member I deal with customers, taking orders, taking money, preparing drinks and food and keeping up with general housekeeping.

I've learnt many things about business legislation and managing a cellar. I've also improved with general people skills.

Marston's have a tendency to do things half cut. Working where I am is great but the company itself can be lacking sometimes. There are some bonuses that come with working for Marstons but they're not as good as other companies.
Push for what you want/need, sometimes there just needs to be a push for things to get done
