Managing continuous improvement projects through developing and delivering effective training interventions. Through supporting my team of subject matter experts both internally and externally to ensure the best results. I report to and update the senior managers from across the organisation on outcomes of the interventions and plans for upcoming events.
On my apprenticeship I developed many skills these included:- - The fundamentals of developing engaging and result driven learning inventions both in person and on line, through examining new and developing methods such as virtual reality. - The metrics on the rate of return to the business to measure the impact both quality and monetary.
I loved my program it was the perfect fit for me in both in terms of my role and my long term career plans. By studying whilst at work meant that I was able to put my learning straight into practice and see the results far quicker than I would in a college environment.
The programme was structured well through a mixtures of on line learning self directed learning couples with live webinar in a group environment. The live session were great at it allowed me to work with other professionals in the industry. The pace of work was explained at the beginning of the programme but could by flexed if needed.
My employer support me 110% on my program both in choosing and in completing it. My employer provided me with developmental opportunities to widen and develop my understanding of the business at the strategic level. As well as organising shadowing opportunities with other departments and supporting me with my a series of projects both for my qualification work and EPA.
My employer provided me with developmental opportunities to widen and develop my understanding of the business at the strategic level. As well as organising shadowing opportunities with other departments and supporting me with my a series of projects both for my qualification work and EPA. In additional they provided me with back on how my K,S, B's were developing.
My qualification absolutely helped me perform better in my role in fact it led to me being promoted to Senior and taking on managing the team. As well as giving my the additional knowledge and skills to work at a more senior level and take on more responsibilities with regards to change initiatives in the business.
There are not any particular extra-curricular activities to get involved in at my work place. However my workplace offered me shadowing opportunities across other departments like finance and HR. As well as signing me up for specialist sessions with regards to professional events in preparation for Ofsted inspections which further developed my knowledge and skills.

I completed my apprenticeship with Realise. I would recommend them whole heartedly. The process to apply was straight forward and done on line. The live sessions were interactive and always useful in challenging what I thought I knew as well as providing my with new ideas and concepts.
Again I completed my apprenticeship with Realise and I would encourage anyone to apply to them. They are learner focused and ensure you are able to learn at your own pace. The trainers are subject matter experts and share up to date knowledge of the learning and development world which was a huge benefit to me as a learner,
