I work for a large energy company as an ETL developer to migrate their data to a newly created datamart for reporting purposes.
I have become a confident ETL developer specialising in Informatica and my SQL skills have improved dramatically.
It's hard work, and sometimes feels like i'm not working toward anything. But changes are under way.
If I get my promotion this year, I will feel very valued by capgemini.
It isn't massively well organised. The program has been in a constant state of fluctuation since its inception.
QA is noncommital at best, my first tutor was horrible and didn't help me at all. The new one however is a massive improvement.
A very good support system is in place for me.
Living in london, it's not great. But it's better than most places.
There are, however I generally don't have time outside of work with project deadlines keeping me until 8-10pm some nights.

If everything goes well within your time at capgemini, it is a pleasure to work for them as long as you carry on and work as well as you can.
Get good grades and make sure you can articulate yourself well.
