Complete maintenance related tasks.
Practical skills with tools are improving. Knowledge of functions increased.
I find the programme interesting and enjoyable.
The timetable for role rotation has not been too clearly devised, however it is still functional.
My employers support is very often available to me.
My tutors are very helpful and committed to ensure I receive my qualifications.
During year 1, not a lot is relating to my role currently. However, I believe second year will be more relatable.
