Stock management Customer buying habits Theory to lead a team
Enjoyed being in a learning environment.
Well organised as was current showroom advisor was hard to get the time to complete the course work during work hours so some of this was completed at home.
I got support but as said previously it was hard to get the dedicated time to complete parts of the apprenticeship. I feel this was because I am the only full time showroom advisor.
My tutor was always available via email or phone when needed.
Gave me better understanding into the importance of stock management.

It's a great place to work - everyone is really friendly and helpful when needed.
Be honest when applying if you are looking for job to just get by or whether this is somewhere you want to progress through the company. I would also recommend that they look at the excellent apprenticeship program which is offered.
