On a day to day basis i deal with the new starts for the business sector. I set up the learners on new systems and send out all log in details. I also process break in learnings, learners who leave programme early and any changes to a learners apprenticeship. I also send out learners certificates via post that come into head office
I have developed my confidence skills as I am more confidence to approach different people for querys. I have also built stronger relationships with not only members on my team but other departments. I have also developed my time management skills as the sector is busy so i have to plan what comes in and is a priorty to be done.
I am really enjoying my programme. I have built a strong relationship with my TDO and feel due to this i have been able to understand the work and tasks a lot more. I know that if I have any queries i can drop her an email and she will support me
My programme has been well structured as I have moved from unit to unit. I am now about to complete my EPA and all the work i have completed previously will support me with my epa and to hopefully pass. I feel i have been given a lot of time to prep for my epa aswell which is helpful and will reduce my stress.
I do recieve some support from my employer and am given time in my working day to complete my apprenticeship. I do find it hard as my job is very busy but this is where my time management comes in so i can prioritise my work and my apprenticeship work.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider. I know if i have any queries regarding how little or big my TDO is only an email or phone call away. A couple of months ago i had lost a lot of motivation but my tdo supported me, set me work that was doable within my time frame which gave me the motivation to carry on and further my development.
I feel my apprenticeship supports me as I have learnt a lot about GDPR and data protection. This is a big part of my role as on a day to day basis i am handling learners information which i have to process whilst complying with my companys policies and procedures.
In my work, we are all very close and often have lunch out together. We also have christmas parties for everyone to attend which is nice as we all work mainly remote so it is nice to speak to people and see people who i email all the time. We are a very close team.
Yes
I would recommend Realise as my TDO tailors the training to me. I get a lot out of my 1-1 session. My TDO is very friendly and is genuinely interested in me and my development in my role and in my apprentice. She is contstantly pushing me to better myself and achieve the best i can.
I would say be honest. Be honest if you are struggling or require any extra support as that is what they are there for. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it and don't sit struggling reach out. I feel so supported when I need it.
