My role involves customer interaction greeting customers, taking payments, managing customers booking. These are just a few things I do on a daily basis in my job role.
I have familiarised myself with entry requirements.I have learnt and gained knowledge about destinations all around the world.
I am fully enjoying my apprenticeship.
