Minimal skills of boutique software but not exchangeable to other roles or programmes
I enjoy some of the social aspects of the apprenticeship but this isn't necessarily applicable to the quality of the programme. In terms of both placement and training it has been quite the disappointment.
Dire, especially in terms of the training.
I receive some support from my placement team but this has not really made up for the support needed across the training provision.
They have been dreadful. I am disappointed and will certainly struggle to fulfil the criteria to pass the apprenticeship.
It doesn't feel relevant to my role at all at the moment.
I have enjoyed socialising with some other apprentices, but otherwise have been disappointed with the social element of the workplace which has been lacking.
No
It has been run poorly, I haven't felt supported, I don't find the approach sustainable to move forward with and I struggle to believe this can help open doors to a decent working life within the organisation in the future.
I would probably advise to reconsider the apprenticeship, or at least to challenge its disorganised nature and poor teaching standards from the beginning.
