At the moment I am in the office getting things sported for the summer. I'm booking travel for the talent and crew, I'm filling in albert for the certification and helping out if any of the team need me to do anything.
I have learnt how to make a risk assessment, how to deal with expenses all the technical things like that. It has also helped me with my people skills as I am moving around teams so I have to communicate with a lot of people.
I really enjoy the placement part of my program. It's a lot of fun and I am learning a lot on the job. The training side of it can be a bit overwhelming.
The placement side of it is incredibly well structured I know exactly what I'm doing. However the training is a little ambiguous at tines and could be planned better.
I receive a lot of support. There are regular meetings and they are always checking in.
I don't get that much, they normally teach us the lesson and leave us to it but I'm sure if I emailed and asked for help they would provide.
At the moment, what I have learnt during training I have not had to use during placement. I think that being on placement and learning on the job is so much more effective than being in a classroom.
