Managing 2 sales teams. one team deals with our biggest customers across the countries. the other team deals with any retail customers from Manchester
Didn't really learn much the first 2/3 months but starting to learn bits now.
same again, first 2/3 months was tedious and boring. it's better now but still too much in one go
Seems well organised enough.
Couldn't really ask from more from Motus, they have been fantastic.
The training provider has been good too, always there when i need.
not really sure, so far i haven't really learnt much that's relevant in the first 3 months. month 4 seems better
Motus offer nearly everything you could think of, there's always something going on.

They really are good, always supported me and hlepd me progress my career.
Progression is more than available if your preapred to put in the work.
