Quality Manager Review

Day to day role includes Quality Manager and looking after supply chain, meeting and controlling the quality of delivery of all our partners that we work with. Working with specific sectors to help them improve the quality of delivery. To run and deliver teaching courses to new staff and help them improve.

I have learnt many new skills on the course which has developed my Knowledge Skills and behaviours, the course sets out high expectations and supports me with my projects. The Qualification I gained is well respected and highly sought after, It was very difficult and required lots of support from my Manager.

I have really enjoyed the course and have been lucky to receive great support from my employer and training provider. The course has helpd me gain the new Skills Knowledge and behaviours required to pass. Within my job role this has helped me develop new skills which supports me in the role.

Realise training promote health and well being to all staff, they encourage teams to socialise and meet up not in for work but for well being purposes as well. They often support local charities and help out where needed. They promote walking meetings where people can walk and talk get get fit and talk about things.
