Assisting with personal care, providing meal and drinks assistance, helping with activities of daily living. Insuring they are respected with dignity and respect. Caring with compassion, commitment and competence to a high level to support the residence needs.

The questions get me thinking about my job role in further detail and I am now more confident discussing my job role. I enjoy learning about how important my role is supporting people and the techniques that can be used to support people.
Poor- meetings have been changed half an hour before they are due. The lady running it had a lots of distractions during the meeting.
