My Daily role includes , working with large teams to deliver the brand goals and values everyday. Working in a safe and secure environment. To give customers and clients the best customer journey by representing the brand. To maintain audit levels and follow polices and process set out by the company.
Team management and behaviors, understanding perspective and following to high levels of operation within the company. To continue to grow and understand swot's to my advantage. expectations and understanding of delivering goals and targets on a daily basis.
It was great to see how much support I had in my business internally and externally all wanting me to achieve my best potential. I loved the fact i got to explore and understand different parts of the business that i didn't know about.
For me it was organised well with time management and support to get everything done. Allowing me access to the tools to get my tasks and jobs completed to a timely fashion. Each module flowed into each over and some even overlap this helped me understand the connections between them.
I received a lot of support externally from friends and family to even networking with in the business by being exposed to new areas. I had a lot of support and help with in the store to help me achieve and given the time to get everything completed.
My trainer was awesome, I could send him emails to read and great feedback was given or even just discussing what and when about the modules, He was there to aid me in helping me achieve the best I could possibly be.
Everyday i am able to provide and give back to others who are on their journey with Apprenticeships. This program has allowed me to have confidence within my role to be more logical and deliver a better customer/employee journey.
I would say we have more opportunity to use our knowledge in furthing our career within kingfisher group. The chances to do more and showcase more is greater.

This business has the best rewards on offer, not just staff discount secondly this business give people a chance to be the best version of themselves. by giving someone the tools to achieve. The environments created in each store is always family based their is always someone you can talk to.
