Cummins Apprenticeship is a well managed and well paid job while your learning and earning at the same time, HNC is a course you carry out in the 3rd and 4th year of the apprenticeship that is all paid for via the company, the company will push you as for as you are willing to go with education and qualifications. its a great atmosphere and everyone is easy to approach. with it being a rotational apprenticeship you rotate round all the different departments and learn all new skills and knowledge about the company.
