I am responsible for the front and the back of the house. From stock accuracy, goods receiving to ensuring that we have space for the stock. Implementing range changes, coordination if all changes throughout the store. Securing smooth running of the tills as this is the only point of contact some customers will have. Also filling in for the unit manager in their absence.
I have learned many different work around ways , different methods of approaching situations
I enjoy the interaction with learning coach as well as learning new theories
Online meetings are planned well in advance and its great the way the coach prepares you for the end point assessment.
I get given all the time I have asked for to be able to study and complete all tasks
I have received all the support I have asked for.
Going through all the modules has make it easier to form many different types of conversations and approach situations from different angles
As I already deputise for the unit manager , i have been able to attend manager’s meetings, represnet my store and build larger network at work
