    • UCEM lacks organisation and is overbearing in its requests from students (off-the-job training diaries, for example, whose requirements changed so frequently and are clearly never looked at by the Uni anyway).

    • At entry level they are looking more for the person than the experience or qualifications so be personable and friendly and it will go a long way.
