On a daily I am expected to clean the workshop, do services and any jobs I am given
I have learnt a lot of new skills and work on improving some existing skills on a daily basis
The technicians I work with make a brilliant team that works well under pressure.i enjoy having such a supporting team around me.
Personally I think there is definitely room for improvement in the organisation of my program. There has been a few occasions especially at collage where there has been very poor organisation.
There is room for improvement but I feel as though i am treated equally to the rest of the employees at motus
My skillnet coach has been very helpful recently. He has definitely inproved in the last 6 months
Overall my qualification will help me progress into a better tech and allow me to take my knowledge with me wherever I go
We did a charity football match about 10 months ago
No
As an apprentice I feel there isn’t enough techs to allow us to learn to our max capabilities. I also think that although the collage is good, I feel like by time I spend 6 weeks between blocks I have forgotten everything I have learnt. I also don’t like that we switch tutors nearly every block so I can’t get use to one persons style of teaching and expectations.
I’m not sure
