Very well organised. Monthly training sessions, Quarterly review meetings, Team building days etc.
Apprentices have the chance to review their progress every quarter with the Emerging Talent team. Weekly/Fortnightly meetings with line manager
Reviews with training provider every 8 weeks to review progress with degree and APC accreditation. Help is offered with assignments all the time and easy to access training provider through internal forums, email or phone etc.
Working towards a University degree helps me to perform better as I am able to apply what I learn with what I do on a day-to-day basis. I can learn and develop my skill set through both my qualification and my work
Yes. Within my department, we have social events e.g. crazy golf, roof top parties etc. There are also sports teams to get involved in e.g. netball, football. Professional networking events are really encouraged and easy to sign up to on a monthly basis with contractors/subcontractors/suppliers etc.
