business support with general admin tasks, raising and managing purchase orders and invoices, procurement support, setting up new vendors, conducting third party risk management, part of the finance team
upskilling in Excel and general use of Outlook and Microsoft Office, improved communication skills in writing and speaking
I really enjoy it, however it can get quite intense at times. Way of delivery of the programme/modules has been great so far
So far everything has been great, tutors are very nice in general, they have different ways of delivering modules which keeps us engaged
My line manager is my mentor and she has been very good in supporting me. My role has changed recently which enabled me to have more time to study and prepare for the exams

What I am learning on my apprenticeship helps me on a day-to-day basis in my role, I have put theory into practice already and I feel I know and understand more about my role and industry

It is a good company to work for, supporting patients all over the world makes us feel needed
Onboarding process can be quite lengthy so patience is the key. But once you in you get many opportunities for development and progress
