My job is never boring. It mostly consists of site work where set out for works or inspect. I also have meeting to plan for the coming weeks and to check progress.
I have learned how to use surveying equipment and attended a training course for this. I have also attended a first aid training course and have a CSCS card qualification.
It is very interesting. I am given a lot of exposure to different parts of the business.
It is well structured however it has been delayed and re-planned due to unforeseen circumstances.
I receive a lot of support from my employer with university exams and course works. But also a lot of support with the daily duties of my role. I can ask anyone for help and they will support me willingly
