I run a Showroom which facilitates an instore design service for customers who want to refresh their kitchen and bathroom with us; we also provide an installation services - so we look to tailor each experience to each customer individually
Yes, I am continually developing within role
It provokes thinking and allows me to be more conscious around what I am doing and how I am doing it; it seeks to promote emotional awareness.

The employer is really supportive; my line manager incredibly so.
I believe the support is really good; I'm quite independent so only tend to reach out if I don't understand something or needed any guidance when to approach a module etc.

We tend to do networking events such as career evenings more than anything; there are virtual webinars and workshops available, too.

It has allowed me to find a career when I didn't know what I wanted to do, and it also opened a number of doors for me too.
