Yeh I am continously learning and have a huge wide range of training tools available to me.

It's a great programme to continously develop and learn , the network and support you have is amazing,

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organized once the programme gets rolling, it is a bit chaotic at the start but once your on the programme and know exactly what your doing by 6 months you are flying and loving the whole experience and networking. I really do love the company and programme.

I receive a lot of support and I have a really big network to help me.

Yeh we have the best networking and social events and you are continuously approached to take part.

The networking, continuous growth in development, support. It is the best company I've worked for and I would recommend it to any one I speak too.
