Meeting children's needs such as, nappy changes/toileting, feeding breakfast, lunch etc./ supporting during breakfast, lunch etc. Doing laundry, tidying up the room/ shutting down. Planing weekly engagong activities for the children, making observations. Collecting children at the door (handover) and giving feedback back to the career.
Different ways of soothing children, putting them down for nap time, how to change nappies, feeding different age groups, different policies and procedures, how to do laundry, how to go out to a park etc. with children and how to challenge unwanted behaviour.
I really enjoy working at the nursery, I have learn a lot and love all the staff and the children there. I feel like an important park of the team and respected by other staff and parents.
Webinars are very organised but I'm very confused with my work.
If I have any concerns I can always voice them and always get support.
It is a bit difficult to contact my assessor and I don't receive much support.

Yes there are always some staff going outs that are planned each year to help bond the staff and relax

It is full of amazing practitioners who genuinely care for the children and love their work
