It has been so insightful and I've learned so much. I have become a whole new person with all my new found knowledge which is all thanks to Realise and Handprints.
I have learnt how valuable the first few years of life are. They're so much more impacful than I could possibly imagine. I feel like I'm a lot more self aware and I'm sure I'll continue to develop my new skills.
It's been challenging from time to time, but if it were easy, it would be boring. I've loved learning things and putting myself to the test when it comes to my knowledge. I've enjoyed developing new skills and working it into my practice.
I have my own tutor who I can contact at any time and I appreciate having such open communication with her. If I were to struggle I know I'd have her support. I've loved how I've been taught and appreciate everyone's efforts.
My employer is amazing. She is unbelievably supportive and gives me advice all the time so I can improve my skills and knowledge. I want to be the best I can be and I know she can help me get there.
I hear from my training providers whenever it's necessary. They contact me about online learning and research I could conduct. They've made me aware that they're here to support me whenever I need help.
It gives me new knowledge and advises how to develop my existing skills. Without my provider I wouldn't have that source of information qnd guidance.

It an amazing atmosphere and everyone is so kind and supportive. We're like a family. We work together to provide the best care for all children who attend our setting.
Be prepared for everything. Children are unpredictable and not one day is exactly the same. But no matter what, we work as a team to make each day the best it can be.
