My role entails a lot like putting away stock, locating stock that has no location serving customers with truck parts and also serving a work shop with vehicle parts
I think ive learend a few skills being at motus like identify truck parts and also using certain systems like kerridge i think its also improved my customer service skills
I don't particularly enjoy the apprenticeship its self because i find it very boring and tedious, however the job role side of things and day to day working i enjoy
I think my Apprenticeship is structured quite well i think s and b have done it very well
I don't think I receive really any help from my employer, but i dont think they could really help
I receive lots of help from s and b and i can ask for any help when i need it
I dont think it helps me too much because of what i do on a Dailey basis doesn't involve around customers and my apprenticeship is only evolved around pleasing and dealing with customers
I think motus holds lots of little events like charities
No
I personally wouldn't recommend somebody because i think the money does not match the work that you do, for example a driver seems to get payed the same amount as a parts advisor even though a parts advisor has a more demanding and stressful role
DONT
