I am a secretary therefore my day to day role includes opening and distributing post, helping other departments for example making meetings packs and booking travel. I am also doing dedicated support for Sipp and help cover reception daily because we are short staffed
I have understood more about business administration and also what working in a massive cooperate company like Barnett Waddingham what the polices are and how it works.
I enjoy the programme so far because there is lots to learn.
I think the time between visits with tutors made the programme at first harder to understand however it has become easier now.
I receive a fair amount of support from my employer apart from sometimes I get too much work and they seem to forget that I have coursework to get on with and deadlines.
I get a lot of support but like I said I would prefer if visits where more often
I has helped to understand our polices more.
