Dealing with members pensions. This could be setting up peoples pensions or answering general queries from members.
Yes - i have learnt to manage my time better and how to work in a professional environment with people older than me
The programme can sometimes be challenging which is good
It is structured well however the organisation of what time apprentices can have to do there work is not always clear.
I receive a lot of support from my apprenticeship managers
The support is accessible however from the growth company I wouldn't say they particularly helped us with our exams. We have only really done leavers and i don't do that on team
