Mentoring and coaching learners with a caseload of around 45 learner and guiding them through the apprenticeship and making sure all records are up to date as well.
I have gained more skills and enhanced knowledge in the work that I do and how to use this with my learners going forward
I have enjoyed it as I have been able to provide a range of evidence that is related to my role and shows what I am capable off.
The programme is structured well
I always receive support and was always pushed to allocate time to complete my work
