I am given smaller tasks to code the problem on a raised issue. I have meetings and shadow other mentors to enhance my skills.
I have learn to code new programming languages as well as develop my business management and organisational skills.
Although at times it can be difficult I enjoy problem solving
Very well organised as their is a team dedicated to apprentices enhancement.
We have weekly updates and there ais always the opportunity to ask for help.
We receive ample amount of help as we can ask more experienced colleagues or get an extra study day.
I believe it will allow me to perform to the best of my ability as I am learning the key factors needed.
