Learned how to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment. I've improved my motor skills, my hand eye coordination and communication skills
I enjoy programme as it hands on work and learn as your doing the so you can apply new skill right away
The structure to the programme is good as we are told in advance when college blocks are or when the training provider is coming in
A lot as I'm being mentored by one of the other technical as they show me and tell me what I need to do
The liason comes on a regular basic and tells me all the information I needed and the targets I need to achieve and by when
With the given targets the training provider give it allows me to take on new tasks and enhance my knowledge of truck and gives me practice carrying out the task so when I come to do them I know what I'm doing which helps me preform quicker.
They have really set them up as of yet and we recently move to a different workshop
