    • I undertook the graduate scheme working across a variety of placements in the business. I now have secured a full time role at BA in the sustainability team. Coming up with ideas and plans for how we can improve our customer's sustainability practices

    • Project management, stakeholder management, knowledge of the industry, relationship management, slide design

    • I've thoroughly enjoyed it

    • Well structured but the pandemic had an impact on it due to furlough

    • Lots of support from the whole business

    • They are there to listen and help when needed but they can't help too much because the university is who runs our learning etc

    • It has taught me about theories that i wouldn't have known about otherwise and how to apply them to business environment,

    • Social activities, lots of networking events and industry events.

    • Yes

    • It's a great place to work and the people make it enjoyable everyday. There's so much opportunity to learn things across the whole business

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?

    • Be yourself, do the research around the company and come with your own individual ideas about how to change the company for the better.
