I undertook the graduate scheme working across a variety of placements in the business. I now have secured a full time role at BA in the sustainability team. Coming up with ideas and plans for how we can improve our customer's sustainability practices
Project management, stakeholder management, knowledge of the industry, relationship management, slide design
I've thoroughly enjoyed it
Well structured but the pandemic had an impact on it due to furlough
Lots of support from the whole business
They are there to listen and help when needed but they can't help too much because the university is who runs our learning etc
It has taught me about theories that i wouldn't have known about otherwise and how to apply them to business environment,

It's a great place to work and the people make it enjoyable everyday. There's so much opportunity to learn things across the whole business
Be yourself, do the research around the company and come with your own individual ideas about how to change the company for the better.
