Begin with completing daily tasks, then confront problems with systems within M&G working with my team and financial advisers to resolve and report on complex issues.
Yes, my communication and confidence has skyrocketed since joining the apprenticeship scheme. I enjoy meeting new people and this role has given me lots of opportunities to do so. My analytical skills have also had vast improvement as I deal with solving problems daily.
I truly enjoy my apprenticeship programme, it allows me to work hard and develop new skills while also keeping a healthy work/life balance.
Very well, I work 5 days a week with the exception of one day where I complete my qualification work.
I have many contacts within the business I can always contact if I need support.
I have a good relationship with my assessor, I can always contact them if I need support.
It isn't entirely specific to my role as it is quite niche. The qualification is more of an overall business administration qualification, so in that sense yes it does help develop an overall understanding of the business.
