My role is a mix of PR, Comms and social media. I have a wide range of exposure to many different aspects of the business, senior members of the team and opportunities.
I have learnt a endless amount of different skills. Loreal is constantly encouraging internal training and giving you the opportunity to learn so its a good environment to put yourself out there.
I enjoy the programme a lot. However, study and working full time is difficult. Its a lot for a young adult to deal with and can be draining.
The programme isn't as well structured and organised as it could be. Sometimes this can make things confusing.
I receive a lot of support from my team and manager.
I receive some support but it could be better.
I often can relate my degree to my day to day work.

Ultimately the pros out weigh the cons. I feel like you can learn a lot from working at a company like loreal because of the vast exposure you will experience.
Do your research. Get prior experience. Have something that will make you stand out, you will be competing against a lot of people.
