  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the project. I feel I can prove myself to be of value. I enjoy the programme because of the salary, experience and education

    7/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Organised but could use some improvement in taking care of apprentices more. It would be useful for the apprentice lead to have a genuine care for the development and well being of apprentices as oppose to pressuring them to find suitable work. I think the apprentice Leads and those who handle weekly bench calls should be external hires and not employees who do this as a side task. this way, apprentices feel they are cared for more so than currently suggested. This program is good if you are independant, proactive and don't need to rely on a great deal of support.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Not a great deal. the culture from the apprenticeship leadership is not a great one. There needs to change made. There seems to be more regard for clients and the financial development of the organisation at large than apprentices. Apprentices should be taken care of
