I communicate globally with a focus on EMEA IT Comms, working to ensure that L'Oreals employees have the best experience whilst working for L'Oreal. This includes training, mass mailing, educating, admin & much more!
Presenting skills are developed greatly, budgeting skills, administrative skills, Microsoft 365.
I love the programme, it's hard and challenging but there's always support if you go looking for it. It's very important that you have drive to do your job - it's a whole new experience.
It has some room for improvement but it is pretty good at being organised!
